Mobile Bridges driving forces behind TV Channel: TXT-TV |

Canadian mobile messaging services company Airborne Mobile, has partnered with Mobile Bridges, specialized in mobile driven interactive television, to launch world’s first 24/7 SMS TV channel. Viewers can participate in games, entertainment, dialogues and compelling quizzes.
Airborne Mobile has selected Mobile Bridges to handle all the technology of the platform. This includes the broadcasting infrastructure, back-end compatibility and development. An experienced team of engineers worked closely with Airborne to launch www.txttv.ca. The full screen solution is new and truly World’s first in its kind.
The team of Mobile Bridges gained a lot of experience over the last few years, working for various broadcasters and music stations. Jeff Humby, EVP Operations for Mobile Bridges North America said: “This is a new proof that the TV landscape is changing. Viewer participation will determine the future for traditional broadcasters. TXT-TV is a very good example on how social media, internet and mobile are combined for content consumers.
